Jane Salter

Jane was born in Portsmouth in 1948. She is self taught and prefers to work in oils producing contemporary images in bold, vibrant colours. Jane is greatly influenced by her travels and adeptly transfers such images as the beautiful sunsets of South Africa onto canvas. In 2006, Jane exhibited at the Portsmouth and Hampshire Art Society Summer Exhibition and won 3rd prize as voted by the visiting public.
