John Stuart-Mills

John was born in Portsmouth into a naval family and now lives in nearby Emsworth. He paints mainly in oils and acrylics and his work covers a wide range of subjects from exotic dancers and yacht portraits to landscapes and local views. John draws influence from the sea and shoreline which were an integral part of his early formative years and still are. John has been exhibiting locally for many years.
